For DxGrow, the legitimate processing of your data is a priority. This Privacy Notice supplements any other simplified or short privacy notices that DxGrow may have provided to you as the owner of your personal data and is supplementary in all matters that such notices do not expressly refer to.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR REVOKE YOUR CONSENT?
You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the address: info@dxgrow.com, contacting us by phone: (55) 5616 9042/43 or at our offices located at Calle Cracovia 72 Bis, Torre B, VIP-01, Colonia San Ángel, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Postal Code 01000, Mexico City.
In order for DxGrow to process your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity (full name, address or email address, current documents that prove your identity, such as INE, Passport or professional license; in the case of the legal representative, proof of representation with a power of attorney signed before two witnesses or a power of attorney granted before a notary public and a current identification of the legal representative) as well as a clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights.
In the event that the information provided is erroneous or insufficient, or if the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, within five (5) business days following the receipt of the request, DxGrow may require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to comply with the requirement, counted from the day after you received it. If you do not respond within this period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted.
DxGrow will notify you of the decision made, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if applicable, it becomes effective within fifteen (15) business days following the communication of the response. The response will be given electronically to the email address specified in your request.
